didnt do it

well, never got my workout in. the day started out fine then i went to my families christmas party. food everywhere. although i didnt overinduldge i did eat stuff not on my meal plan. today is a new day. just get back on the bus and start anew. here is to a good day.

Another day

Made it thru today with not too much trouble. I stayed on plan. Havent done any exercise in a week. I need to walk. That is mostly how I lost 50 lbs over the summer. I walked everywhere. Now it's cold and I really have no ambition. I did buy an elliptical machine and stationary bike this fall. I do like it but my body looses from a continual workout not from short burst on the machines. I s'pose it is better than nothing I guess. I make a pledge tomorrow I get my workout in!

The Aftermath!!

OH Joy! The Holidays are over and now time to pay the piper. Faced "the thing" this morning in the bathroom. She was not kind to me. Gained over the holidays. As that was a big surprise! Now it is time to get back on track. i find the hardest part is in the evening. After I have eaten all my food for the day, I just want to nosh on eveything I swear! I am glad I started this blog as I can sit and type my thoughts and stay out of the kitchen. I have one hour before bedtime and nothing will go into my mouth. Give me the duck tape STAT!!

Getting thru the holidays

Oh Joy to the World. Life is crazy. You get so far and then the cookies are looking at cha!! I've lost 65 lbs since April 09 and wishing to just maintain over the holidays. Gave my self a free day on Christmas but that sweet sugar rolling over my tounge proved just how hard this will be. I honestly think it would of been better to stay on track. Actually didnt do so bad but getting back on track will be tricky. I know I can do this. Look how far Ive come so far.
